Fair use policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. Meaning of plan limits
Plan allocations and the accepted order define available CPU, RAM, storage, traffic and ports. Shared resources must be used without materially disrupting other customers. This policy does not change explicitly purchased dedicated allocations.
2. Unmetered is not unlimited speed
Unmetered traffic usually means no stated per-GB billing within the selected port and contract conditions. It is not a promise of uninterrupted line-rate throughput. A port speed, traffic quota and network mitigation capacity are separate specifications.
3. CPU, storage and workloads
Sustained CPU contention, excessive disk I/O, full storage or unusually high packet rates can affect a shared platform. Tell sales about continuous heavy processing, public proxies, high-traffic delivery or similar workloads so suitability can be confirmed before ordering. No arbitrary CPU percentage or daily limit is imposed by this draft.
4. Game-server capacity
Unlimited player slots does not mean unlimited CPU, RAM or guaranteed performance at every player count. Mods, map size, tick rate and simultaneous players influence resource demand. Review the selected game package before inviting a large community.
5. Review process
When activity affects platform stability, support should explain the measured impact and discuss optimisation, an upgrade, traffic controls or a different service. Urgent harm may require temporary restrictions. Any permanent restriction or extra charge must have a contractual basis.
6. Questions and related rules
Ask [email protected] to confirm suitability for an unusual workload. See the Acceptable Use Policy for prohibited activity and the Terms of Service for contract terms.
